We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

**J**ob description**:
The **GSW Integrator - Solution** is responsible for delivering and integrating end-to-end IT and network solutions within enterprise and distribution environments. This role involves coordinating with solution architects, technical engineers, and project teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, and handover of integrated systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute **solution integration and deployment activities** in alignment with GSW project standards.
- Collaborate with **solution architects, engineering teams, and vendors** to ensure system compatibility and functionality.
- Perform **configuration, validation, and testing** of integrated systems before production rollout.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **integration and interoperability issues** during the implementation process.
- Ensure all solution components—hardware, software, and network—function seamlessly together.
- Maintain **technical documentation**, including configuration records, test cases, and deployment procedures.
- Support **go-live activities**, system monitoring, and post-deployment issue resolution.
- Follow **change management and security compliance** requirements throughout all stages of integration.
- Provide **technical support and handover** to operations or support teams after deployment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field**.
- **3-5 years** of experience in **solution integration, deployment, or IT system engineering**.
- Experience with **Windows/Linux servers**, virtualization technologies (**VMware/Hyper-V**), and **cloud platforms** (Azure/AWS).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across **hardware, software, and network layers**.
- Familiarity with **integration tools, APIs, and automation frameworks** is an advantage.
- Excellent **communication and documentation** skills with a customer-focused mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **enterprise or distribution-based IT environments**.
- Exposure to **GSW / PSA systems** or similar large-scale integration frameworks.
- Certifications such as **ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Azure/AWS Associate, or Cisco CCNA**.
- Knowledge of **DevOps practices**, CI/CD pipelines, or scripting for automation.
