**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facilitate group integration circles** for individuals who have undergone psychedelic experiences, fostering a confidential, non-judgmental, and respectful space.
- Guide participants in making meaning from their experiences and support them in translating insights into personal growth and actionable change.
- Use a range of integration techniques and modalities (training will be provided).
- Educate participants on harm reduction practices and wellness strategies related to psychedelic use.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals as needed, particularly for referrals or support of vulnerable participants.
- Remain informed on current research and best practices in psychedelic therapy, integration, and mental health.
- Maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality, and legal compliance in all aspects of facilitation.

**Desirable (preferred) Experience**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to hold compassionate space for others.
- Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed practice, cultural sensitivity, and inclusivity.
- A strong sense of ethics and responsibility in community and healing work.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- Personal or professional experience with psychedelics and a deep understanding of their healing and transformational potential.
- Knowledge of transpersonal psychology, integration theory, non-ordinary states of consciousness, or spiritual emergence.
- Previous experience facilitating group work or holding space in therapeutic or ceremonial settings.
- Experience working with diverse communities, with a commitment to equity and inclusion.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $50.00 per hour
