Our client is a full service boutique practice in Melbourne's south-east suburbs (less than 15km from Melbourne CBD) with a strong reputation for providing high-quality conveyancing and legal services. Their small, approachable team offers a collaborative environment where staff are valued and supported.
The role
You'll take ownership of end-to-end conveyancing, managing both residential and commercial transactions with autonomy.
- Handling all stages of conveyancing files
- Communicating with clients, lenders and agents
- Preparing and lodging contracts and settlement docs
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout process
What you'll bring
- Minimum 5 years' conveyancing experience
- Ability to run files independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication and client care focus
