An excellent opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual either in an existing Assistant Sales Manager Function or a current Senior Sales Consultant looking to take the leap to lead and motivate a young and enthusiastic team.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a professional work ethic, successful history of sales achievement and the ability to interact well with customers.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual who leads from the front. This leader will inspire the team, foster accountability and ambition while promoting healthy competition and team collaboration. The successful candidate will be a result's driven professional, who has an exceptional work ethic and a strong customer focus.

Furthermore, you must have a minimum of 4 years sales experience within a franchise automotive dealership network to be considered for the role.

What You'll Do

· Support the Sales Manager in most leadership and motivational aspects for the sales team and yard staff.

· Drive new vehicle sales performance and customer satisfaction.

· Assist in managing stock, sales processes, and team development.

· Control and manage daily leads and CRM with sales staff

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

· Highly self-motivated and financially driven.

· The ability to display strong results in current and previous management/leadership roles.

· Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.

· Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.

· Strong sales and negotiation skills.

· The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.

· Confident computer skills.
