The Role

We are looking for experienced Architectural Project Leader who possess strong Revit, documentation, and project management capabilities to work on various opportunities including industrial, commercial and mixed use/residential buildings.

About you

We'd expect you would bring to this role;

• At least 5 years of post-graduate professional experience in commercial-scale projects.
• An ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and inspire design excellence across all projects
• Advanced skills in REVIT for preparing detailed documentation packages.
• A high degree of technical skills with a ability to lead Documentation and Construction phases (DA, CDC, & CC + Construction Services).
• A collaborative and driven energy, being team player who is eager to contribute to a vibrant team environment.

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Architecture, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' local (Australian) industry experience.
• Proficient in REVIT and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong understanding of BIM workflows.
• Previous experience in industrial and commercial projects is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards.
• Excellent collaboration and delegation skills, capable of leading and monitoring junior team members.
