FIT/Groups Travel Coordinator  (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: Brisbane-based with opportunities to visit Tangalooma Island Resort Type: Casual | Flexible shifts across 7 days

Are you fluent in Mandarin and passionate about travel? Whether you're studying Travel & Tourism or bringing experience from retail, wholesale, or agency work—we want to hear from you Join our inbound and groups team and help us deliver unforgettable experiences to our travel partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating group bookings and supporting travel agents and partners
  • Managing reservations and assisting with online bookings and communications across multiple channels (e.g., Rezdy, SiteMinder, , Ctrip, and Expedia)
  • Learning about our day trips, activities, and accommodation types
  • Participating in training visits to Tangalooma Island Resort—including seasonal whale watching experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Mandarin speaker (spoken and written)
  • Experience in travel agency, retail, or wholesale travel preferred
  • OR currently studying a Travel & Tourism qualification
  • Comfortable with variable shifts—we operate 7 days a week
  • Tech-savvy with experience or interest in online booking platforms and travel reservation systems
  • Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
