What Your Day Looks Like

No two days are the same, but in this role you'll find yourself:

  • Starting the day with insights – checking dashboards and campaign data to see which messages are landing with customers in rural and regional towns.
  • Working hand-in-hand with Sales – jumping into a huddle to hear what customers are saying on the ground, then translating that feedback into better campaigns.
  • Testing and learning – rolling out A/B tests on new offers or channels, tracking performance, and quickly doubling down on what works.
  • Telling the story behind the numbers – building simple, clear reports for leaders that explain not just what happened but what we should do next.
  • Keeping us on track – monitoring budgets, ensuring campaigns hit ROI, and making sure we spend smart.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a marketing analyst or commercially focused marketing role.
  • Strong experience with campaign reporting, dashboards, and ROI analysis.
  • Proven success influencing Sales outcomes and improving conversion rates.
  • Comfort with data – you know your way around campaign metrics, CAC, and funnel tracking.
  • A knack for taking frontline feedback and turning it into strategy.
  • Experience tailoring marketing for rural/regional audiences.

Bonus points if you've worked in telecommunications, ISP, NBN, or fixed wireless – or if you're familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
