We are a family-owned Australian business established in Melbourne in 2004. We specialise in providing Federally Funded Home Care Package (HCP) Massages to over 65's. Our mission is to make Senior Australians last quarter, their best quarter.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the delivery of in-home assessments, treatments, and providing personalised care plans for those aged over 65 and living with complex health conditions.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Deliver in-home clinical assessment appointments
• Develop comprehensive Care Plans for Support at Home (My Aged Care) clients
• Provide physiotherapy treatments when required
• Respond to clients' feedback and take corrective action to ensure assessments remain suitable to their needs
• Maintain strong communication skills and collaborate with the Support Office and parties involved
• Complete appropriate assessment forms, progress notes, and requested reports in a timely manner

About You

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-driven professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your clinical expertise, including clinical reasoning and assessment abilities, will enable you to create effective Care Plans. We highly value candidates who are genuinely passionate about making a difference in the lives of geriatric clients and providing them with exceptional care. Essential Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (required)
• Current AHPRA Registration (required) - limited registration physios welcome to apply
• Experience in Aged Care or an interest in geriatric care (desirable)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance with coverage off $2 million and $10 million respectively.
• Valid Driver's License and Portable Massage Table.
• Willing to complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check, COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.
• ABN for independent contractors.
