The Opportunity

We are seeking a Detailing Coordinator to play a key role in bridging the gap between project acquisition and production. This position is responsible for coordinating the detailing process of glazing projects, ensuring all shop drawings, specifications, and fabrication details are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.

This role involves:

  • Acting as the primary liaison with customers to confirm project specifications, site measurements, and detailing requirements.
  • Managing the preparation and review of shop drawings and associated documentation.
  • Collaborating with drafting and production teams to finalise project details for manufacturing.
  • Providing timely updates and maintaining high-quality communication with clients.
  • Identifying and resolving detailing or service-related issues proactively.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in detailing processes and customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in glazing, construction, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of architectural and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
