About the Role

As an Import and Export Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods into and out of our organization. You'll work closely with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agencies to coordinate timely deliveries and ensure compliance with regulations.

This position will be based in our Supply Chain team based in Warwick Farm, NSW on a permanent full-time basis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Liaising with vendors and freight forwarders to arrange shipments.
- Preparing and submitting necessary customs documentation.
- Managing inbound and outbound container information.
- Ensuring accurate pricing and cost tracking.
- Supporting the broader Supply Chain team on import/export matters.

About you
If you're a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you
- Solid understanding of SAP R/3, advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of database systems
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in import/export roles and freight forwarding with a deep understanding of customs procedures and terminology.
- Meticulous approach with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to take ownership of tasks and drive positive outcomes
- Flexible and open to change, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
