About the Role:

As a Warehouse General Hand, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers get their products in a timely manner.

The role entails manual handling with a need to lift up to 20Kg.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Pick/Pack of online (B2C) & wholesale (B2B) orders through the ASRS – Automated storage & retrieval system, LOGX.
  • Re-stocking products from the warehouse bulk storage area to the warehouse ASRS – Automated storage & retrieval system.
  • Use of wireless barcode scanners for inventory control & stock movement.
  • Clear & timely communicate with warehouse team to ensure stock levels are accurate & up to date.
  • Use of forklift (if licensed) & manual handling tools.
  • Assist warehouse team to move finished goods from production facility to warehouse bulk storage facility.
  • Initiative & versatility as responsibilities will be varied from day to day
