WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - DRIVER

Christmas Casual | 3 to 5 Days/Week | Casual Position

Ideal for university students—flexible days. Hours available from December through February, with the potential for ongoing work during the year to suit your uni schedule for the right candidate.

We are a schoolwear retailer based in Brookvale, Northern Beaches, supplying custom clothing and accessories both wholesale and retail.

Key Objectives

As a Warehouse Assistant, attention to detail in every task—including processing orders, data entry, and stock counts—is crucial for maintaining accurate records and order fulfillment.

You will work closely with our production department to ensure clear communication and adherence to procedures, guaranteeing a consistently high-quality product presented to our customers at the highest standard.

Responsibilities and Duties; include but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Production Department to process orders accurately and efficiently

  • Conduct QC inspection of garments

  • Unload containers, pallets, and load delivery vans—must lift boxes up to 15kg

  • Perform accurate stocktaking and inventory counts

  • Follow record-keeping procedures, ensuring paperwork is up to date and accurate

  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse

  • Keep your work area well-ordered

  • Adhere to OH&S and Work Safety guidelines

  • Pick, pack, label boxes, and check orders for dispatch

  • Assist during stocktakes with efficiency and accuracy

  • Be hands-on, able to multi-task, and take on ad-hoc duties

  • Deliver to schools and suppliers, managing stock across our 3 Sydney warehouse locations

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Physically fit (lifting required)

  • Friendly, can-do attitude

  • Current Driver's License and willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check

  • Strong work ethic, excellent time management; reliable and punctual

  • Team player with strong communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and counting skills

  • Computer skills for data entry

  • Neat and tidy appearance

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
