Due to strong growth, we currently have a vacancy for a full time member who is a passionate and enthusiastic member whom will learn our trade as a sewing machinist/cutter/ canvas goods apprentice.

  • Hourly Rate for the Apprenticeship is based on the applicants age + experience.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Required by the successful applicant:

- Manual Drivers Licence;

  • Working with Children Blue Card [or the ability to obtain].

Ideal for the successful applicant:

- Construction Induction Safety Certicate (White Card)

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Following a Training Plan alongside Tafe certification to become qualified in the manufacture of Outdoor Blinds, Swags, Gear Bags, Shade Sails/Canopies, Tonneau Covers, Annexes, Boat Covers, Awnings and other related products suiting the Caravan, Camping and Outdoor Leisure Space.
  • Hourly Rate for the Apprenticeship is based on the applicants age + experience.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate production records and strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a team player who can work closely and communicate effectively within a small close knit and high performing team.
  • Accountable and honest.

HOURS

This is a permanent, full-time role. Standard work hours are as follows:

  • Lifestyle Roster - 4 weekdays of work from 6:30am to 4:30pm with a 3 day weekend;
