Industrial Spray Painter – Immediate Start - LF Fork Licence required

Location:Toowoomba | Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time hours

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Spray Painter to join our busy manufacturing workshop in Toowoomba. This position will begin as a casual role with an immediate start, offering full-time hours and the opportunity to transition into permanent employment. This role is more suited towards an experienced / qualified Industrial Spraypainter who's ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for surface preparation and spray painting tasks while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepping metal surfaces for coating
• Sandblasting skills an advantage
• Using hand & power tools
• Mixing and applying paint
• Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area
• Physical manual handling
• Operating forklift (LF ticket required)

What We're Looking For:

• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety protocols and proper PPE usage
• Physical fitness to handle lifting, standing, kneeling, and working in demanding positions for extended periods
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, some training will be provided
• Must have "LF" Counterbalance Fork Licence
