Step into your next role.....

As the Social & Content Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content and social media strategy that delivers measurable brand and business impact. You'll manage a high-performing team, oversee creative content development, and drive our digital presence across multiple platforms.

This is a leadership role that requires strong planning skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to translate brand vision into actionable, high-impact content and communication plans.

What you'll do:

  • Strategy & Planning -
    Develop and implement a content and social media strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles and ensure alignment across product, brand, and sales teams.
  • Team Leadership & Workflow -
    Manage and mentor a team of designers and social media specialists. Oversee content calendars, creative processes, and campaign execution to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Content Creation & Channel Management -
    Lead the development of engaging, on-brand content across all key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook). Maintain a rolling calendar of campaign, reactive, and evergreen content.
  • Performance & Budget Oversight -
    Manage the social and content marketing budget. Track performance and use insights to optimise content strategies, amplify brand reach, and improve ROI.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Proven Experience: 8+ years in brand strategy roles, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Test and Learn mentality: Strong understanding of brand design and social media tactics and metrics with a thirst for continuous improvement.
  • A natural collaborator with team leadership experience, who builds trust and empowers teams to achieve their best work.
  • A sharp thinker who can align creative strategies with business objectives and adapt plans to changing priorities.
  • Creative excellence and consistency: Maintain a cohesive, elevated visual identity that reflects our brand, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to deliver innovative and culturally relevant work.
  • You're hands-on and proactive, ready to jump in and tackle challenges big and small.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can navigate change and uncertainty with ease.
