The role:Our client, a leading Telecommunication provider are seeking two Business Analysts to join their growing project delivery portfolio.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive analysis across the full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders by facilitating workshops, interviews etc
  • Develop current and future process maps utilising preferred process mapping tools.
  • Identify, elicit and document business processes for business users / groups.

Project 1: Will focus on an NPS Redesign to deliver reliable, robust scoring and actionable insights.

Seeking project experience dealing with customer systems, especially an understanding of integration points between NPS systems, CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms

Project 2: A regulatory and compliance project to strengthen consumer protection through the creation of risk-decisioning models.

Seeking Experience in projects involved with changes to risk models. Understanding of Australian Consumer Law compliance and experience in producing documentation that adheres to regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
