CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established civil contractor delivering subdivision projects in Bundaberg, QLD.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a significant local project, work alongside a respected team, and enjoy the benefits of being home every night. With a strong pipeline of secured projects, this role offers long-term stability and genuine career growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning through to completion.
  • Oversee project programming, compliance, and safety requirements.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support staff, ensuring a focus on safety, performance, and team development.
  • Our Ideal Candidate:Proven experience managing subdivision or similar civil infrastructure projects.
  • Civil Engineering degree highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of project financials and commercial management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous team improvement.
