Are you passionate about interior design and creating beautiful, functional spaces? We're looking for a talented and motivated Bathroom & Kitchen Interior Designer & Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Woolloongabba.

About the Role

In this role, you'll combine your design flair with your sales expertise to help clients bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. You'll guide them through the entire process — from concept to completion — offering creative solutions, design advice, and premium product selections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss their design vision, needs, and budget
  • Prepare design concepts, layouts, and Floor Plans
  • Create detailed quotes, proposals, and product selections
  • Provide expert advice on finishes, fittings, and fixtures
  • Manage client relationships from initial consultation through to final delivery
  • Collaborate with the installation and project teams to ensure a smooth process

About You

  • Strong background in interior design or kitchen/bathroom design
  • Proven experience in sales or client consultation (design showroom experience ideal)
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. SketchUp, 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for design, detail, and customer satisfaction

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
