Illumination Lounge – Moonee Ponds

Illumination Lounge is a boutique beauty sanctuary where luxury meets self-care. We're seeking a warm, organised and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis (2–3 days per week, including Saturday plus 1–2 weekdays).

About the Role

This role blends front-of-house service with behind-the-scenes support. You'll be the welcoming face of Lumi, ensuring every client feels instantly cared for while helping keep our salon running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting clients and creating a seamless, luxe first impression

- Managing bookings, enquiries and admin tasks

- Assisting with stocktakes and retail displays

- Capturing salon moments for content and socials

- Supporting the team with daily salon operations

About You

- Warm, client-focused and loves connecting with people

- Organised multitasker with strong admin skills

- Comfortable with booking systems and social media

- Creative eye and interest in beauty and content

- Available 1–2 weekdays + Saturday each week
