APXC Group is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance & Construction Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and construction tasks on both commercial and residential properties, ensuring high-quality work, safety, and efficiency across all projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and residential jobs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on both commercial and residential properties, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Install, repair, and maintain building systems
  • Ensure all work is compliant with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering professional service and timely solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used for all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in both commercial and residential construction and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes across both sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
