Sales Representative (with Hands-On Handyman Skills) – Remote

About Us:

We're a growing handyman and property maintenance business, delivering reliable, high-quality services to both residential and commercial clients. We're now looking for a driven and versatile Sales Representative who's just as comfortable picking up the phone as picking up a hammer.

About the Role:

This unique role blends remote sales work with hands-on handyman/maintenance tasks. You'll play a key part in growing our customer base, while also supporting our existing clients and occasionally jumping on the tools when needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Reach out to new leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Schedule and follow up on quotes and appointments
  • Occasionally attend job sites and carry out basic handyman/maintenance tasks
  • Be the face (and voice) of the business — professional, friendly, and solution-focused

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • Trade, handyman, or property maintenance background preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • A "do what it takes" attitude — happy to jump in and get your hands dirty when needed
  • Reliable vehicle and basic tools a bonus
