You will be responsible for administering the full scope of works, causation reports and ensuring the quality of work.***What are my**** Accurate and detailed recording of data whilst on site* Providing customer service to all parties with an interest in the job* Preparation of reports and scope of works to client* Compliance to client and internal claim handling requirements and timeframes* Compiling and formatting forensic building reports and scopes of work* Project management as required***About you:**** Cert III Carpentry or Cert IV Building & Construction or Licensed Builder* Knowledge of the insurance industry and process requirements of admin hearings and litigation* Ability to puts the customer and client at the centre of service delivery**Caring Culture**It's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
