About the opportunity

We are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Insights Division. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards and structured reports that support both operational and strategic business needs. You'll work closely with a high-performing team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, insightful, and scalable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and distribute structured reports using automated and semi-automated processes.
  • Design and develop insightful dashboards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise BI and reporting systems.
  • Document business rules, data definitions, and reporting methodologies.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support reporting needs.
  • Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure reliability and robustness of datasets.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
  • Support self-service users with basic training and data literacy.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Qlik Sense/View preferred, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong SQL skills (writing, optimising, troubleshooting queries).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes, especially in cloud environments.
  • Experience working with complex datasets, including data preparation, transformation, and validation.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
