About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing team within a major government program. This role will see you manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You'll work closely with technology, regulatory, and cross-agency teams to drive delivery, manage risks, and maintain effective communication across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed work plans, manage delivery schedules, and oversee the resolution of risks and issues on complex projects.
- Collaborate with the Division's technology and regulatory teams, as well as key staff across other CDR agencies, to ensure clear understanding of business requirements.
- Provide accurate, timely advice and progress updates to Project Executives and the Program Management Office.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints as required.
- Plan, organise, and prioritise a demanding workload while maintaining quality and accuracy in outputs.
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver successful outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience managing complex projects within large organisations or government environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Hold a current Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
