About the Role

As the Quality Systems Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of our food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with CFMSR and broader industry standards. This role is hands-on, operationally embedded, and focused on driving continuous improvement.

You will also:

• Oversee the build and implementation of a paperless QA monitoring program and digitised records system
• Lead internal audits, mock recalls, and supplier compliance programs
• Ensure site adherence to food safety legislation, HACCP, CFMSR, and other regulatory frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and documentation
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to embed a strong food safety culture

About You and Your Skills

You're a quality leader with around 10 years' experience in food manufacturing, ideally with exposure to high-risk food environments. You bring a well-rounded skill set, with a particular focus on QA systems and CI.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong knowledge of HACCP, CFMSR, FSANZ, and GFSI standards
• Is experienced in internal auditing, supplier management, and document control
• Has hands-on experience with microbiological testing and GMPs
• Is confident using paperless QA systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Can influence and lead change across cross functional stakeholder groups
