As we continue our national growth, we are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive business across Victoria.


The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and autonomous Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors, and specifiers across Victoria. You will represent a respected brand and have the tools and support to make a real impact.

Some interstate travel will be required for national sales meetings, product training, and key account collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined customer base across Victoria
  • Prospect and win new business within the electrical and construction sectors
  • Deliver product presentations and technical training to trade partners
  • Exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational success

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales (lighting, electrical, or construction industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Victorian wholesale and building products market
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives on achieving targets and working independently
  • Full driver's licence and flexibility for interstate travel as needed
