The opportunity
We're looking for a Corporate Actions Analyst who is passionate about financial markets to join our Investment Operations team. This isn't just a back-office role, it's a dynamic, high-impact position where your insights and precision directly influence how thousands of clients experience the market.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in managing a wide range of duties including capital raisings, takeovers, demergers, buy-backs, and class actions. You'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing ASX and international company announcements and fund manager communications.
- Preparing clear, concise client and adviser notifications.
- Managing client responses and issuing instructions within strict deadlines.
- Reconciling and processing corporate action transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting system upgrades through user acceptance testing.
- Meeting service level agreements and contributing to continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Knowledge of ASX securities, international assets, managed funds, and bonds.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience in corporate actions is a plus, but not essential.
