Senior Corporate Actions Specialist

About this role:
">This position involves working with clients to provide expert advice and guidance on corporate actions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various corporate action event types and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
">Responsibilities include verifying all forms of corporate events, overseeing processes from announcement to processing, and maintaining client relationships through day-to-day query management. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to support business-as-usual activities of the team.
">To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a high level of concentration and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for identifying and resolving issues.
">As a key member of the team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services. This includes collaboration with trade processing and control, client administration and reporting, data management, and pricing teams.
">Key skills and qualifications:
">- Corporate Action Expertise: Deep understanding of various corporate action event types, including mandatory and voluntary events.
">- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
">- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to corporate actions.
">- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
