Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a sensational Broker Support professional located in Sydney, NSW. The responsibilities include supporting brokers in the preparation of loan applications, liaising with clients and lenders, collecting and verifying documentation, managing tasks related to loan processing, and maintaining databases for client records. The role also involves ensuring efficient communication with clients, resolving queries, and assisting with reports and administrative support for operations.

We are a small-knit team with a fantastic cultured and client base and happy to invest in a smart and hard-working Broker Support individual who wants to supercharge their experience under the guidance of very experienced mentors.

Unfortunately our fast-paced environment and predominantly complicated and varied deal types means we need someone who has mastered the Broker Support role and is confident, proven, hard working and ready to level-up.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial and lending products, as well as industry compliance standards, is mandatory
  • Previous experience in finance, lending, or mortgage broking support is a required
  • A professional demeanor with a client-focused approach to service
  • Organizational and administrative skills, such as attention to detail and experience managing documentation and maintaining client records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with clients, lenders, and the internal team
  • Commercial loan experience will set you out from the crowd and ensure your success
