Customer Success Manager – SaaS | $90K–$110K + Bonus | Sydney Hybrid

Some roles are about keeping accounts warm.

This isn't one of them.

This is about helping government agencies, enterprises, and big organisations change the way they engage with the people who matter to them. It's about adoption, retention, and making sure customers never want to leave because the product has become essential to their day.

Darzin is a leader in stakeholder engagement SaaS. Their platform is already trusted by agencies and enterprises to simplify compliance, streamline consultation, and give clarity where there's usually chaos.

But the real magic happens after the contract is signed, that's where you step in.

Your week might look like this:

  • Monday: Run a tailored onboarding session for a government department rolling out the platform for the first time.
  • Wednesday: Host a video check-in with a client you've spotted as "at risk" and bring them back on track with a new adoption strategy.
  • Thursday: Identify an expansion opportunity in an enterprise account, teaming up with sales to pitch an additional module.
  • Friday: Share client feedback with product and marketing, helping shape the roadmap and building the next customer success story.

The numbers stack up too: $90K–$110K base + bonus.

Hybrid Sydney role.
