*About the position:*As a Claims Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of supplier claims. You'll take ownership of raising and validating claims, resolving rejections, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with Claims Coordinators, suppliers, and internal teams will ensure the end-to-end claims process runs seamlessly.

  • Raising and assessing claims in line with company and vendor policies
  • Verifying accuracy and completeness of claim information
  • Maintaining organised records to support claim decisions
  • Managing claim rejections and follow-ups with suppliers
  • Building clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
