As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lawn and Garden Technician to join our team . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Position Overview

As a Lawn and Garden Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance and health of residential and commercial properties. You will utilise a variety of tools and equipment to perform tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and general garden care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and fertilisation
  • Prune, trim, and maintain garden beds and plant health
  • Apply herbicides, pesticides, and fertilisers in accordance with safety protocols
  • Deliver high-quality service within set timeframes
  • Communicate professionally with clients and provide basic advice
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area and equipment

Requirements

  • Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or garden maintenance.
  • Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care practices
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physically fit and capable of working in varying weather conditions
