Job Description – Garden & Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Garden & Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This role is hands-on and involves working across a variety of residential and commercial sites throughout Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a team to complete scheduled tasks across multiple sites each day.
  • Organise and carry out programmed maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes with strong attention to detail.
  • Perform lawn mowing, edging, hedging, trimming, pruning, and other garden maintenance activities.
  • Assist with gutter cleaning and safe removal of green waste.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional work environment on all sites.
  • Contribute to meeting daily and weekly team targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in garden or landscape maintenance (preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong work ethic with pride in producing quality results.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work across different sites in Sydney.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work in various conditions.
  • Current driver's licence (preferred) and White Card (advantageous).

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
