**Position Overview**

As a Lawn and Garden Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance and health of residential and commercial properties. You will utilise a variety of tools and equipment to perform tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and general garden care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and fertilisation
- Prune, trim, and maintain garden beds and plant health
- Deliver high-quality service within set timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide basic advice
- Maintain a clean and organised work area and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or garden maintenance.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care practices
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physically fit and capable of working in varying weather conditions
