Here's a taste of what you'll do:

· We hate waste You must maintain consistent portion control to minimise waste at all times.

· Refresh and replenish menu items during trade.

· Learning is very important for growth You must be able to assist with the training of staff including any apprentices and trainees.

· And of course - follow correct hygienic food handling practices.

What we're looking for:

· Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified chef.

· Relevant trade qualifications.

· Competent on the Grill preferred.

· Experience in functions/events preferable but not necessary.

· Multi-tasking abilities reflecting efficient organisational skills.

· Understanding and the ability to maintain the highest level of customer service.

· Punctual, reliable, dependable and self-motivated.

· Good communication skills.

· Availability across 7 days with flexible hours, including public holidays.
