At Colquhoun's, we are a family business built on professionalism, positivity, and care. We're looking for a driven Sales Administration Assistant to bring energy and customer focus to our Wingfield, SA team.

About You

We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for customer service and outbound sales, with the ability to quickly learn different areas of the business.

You should thrive both independently and as part of a team. To be successful, you'll be:

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Receive and direct phone calls in a friendly, professional, and cheerful manner
  • Perform accurate data entry and processing
  • Provide pricing and product information to customers
  • Handle sales and delivery inquiries
  • Assist staff and management with a variety of administrative tasks
  • General office administration duties

Outbound Sales

  • Make proactive outbound sales calls to customers
  • Enter and update information in CRM
  • Build relationships with smaller-volume customers across SA/NT/VIC, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
