About the role We have an opportunity for a fulltime Warranty Supervisor to join our state-of-the-art dealership. You will ensure all warranty processes within the business are completed in line with manufacturer guidelines and are followed through to completion to maximise efficiency and income. Duties & Responsibilities - Prepare and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines - Cost all warranty repair orders daily and communicate with management accordingly - Submit prior approvals and returning parts to manufacturer if requested - Review and report on the status of open warranty repair orders to management - Reconcile claims submitted/reimbursements received from the manufacturer providing explanations for variances Skills & Experience - Preferred experience in an administration role in a similar environment. - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional computer literacy - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Sound computer skills - Mechanical knowledge an advantage **Benefits include**: - Stable full time permanent employment, supporting the busy road transport industry, working for a long-standing profitable employer, representing market leading brands. - Attractive salary - Opportunities to support community partnerships with our Group CMV Foundation - Enjoy annual company dinners and picnics - Improve your Mind, Body and Soul with CMV care including access to discounted fitness programs and the CMV Peer Support Program.
