Retail Sales Call Centre Consultant

**About the role**
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and dynamic salesperson with the ability to maximise sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our retail stores. This role will see you working to achieve competitive sales targets and team KPI’s across our range of retail services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls
- Make outbound calls
- Receive and direct general customer enquiries
- Act as a liaison between customers and store providing excellent service to both parties
- Document customer feedback
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required.
**About you**
You should be able to demonstrate that you are enthusiastic and highly motivated and committed to providing a high level of customer service with a desire to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. It is essential that you are a natural problem solver, highly organised and collaborative, with an adaptable working style. Your exceptional telephone sales techniques along with a high level of customer service focus, energy, enthusiasm, and an eye for detail will contribute to your success in this role.
The hours of work will be on a rotating roster Monday to Saturday.
Monday through Friday shifts will be between 6:30am and 6:30pm and rotating Saturday from 8am to12pm
**You should have**:
- You don’t have to have worked in a Contact Centre before, previous experience within customer service, sales, hospitality, and retail are all highly regarded
- Demonstrated previous experience in high volume sales environments within either B2B or B2C
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A drive to achieve sales targets
- Confident communicator with ability to multitask and prioritise
- Experience working toward achieving individual and team based KPI's/targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong computer skills in an Omni system environment including Microsoft products and willingness to learn and champion new CRM systems
- Attention to detail and quality is essential
- Punctual with a strong work ethic
