International freight forwarding, customs clearance and transport services are provided by our client to a diverse range of clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Pricing Officer to join a fast-paced team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will support the Customer Service and Sales Team by preparing quotes, reviewing and updating rates/tariffs, and staying up-to-date on market and industry changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes for new business
  • Chase and maintain FCL and LCL rates and Tariffs
  • Quote DDU.DAP.DDP requests from origin
  • Maintain origin charges
  • Attend to all client enquiries and queries
  • Enter and follow-up client orders
  • Send client reports and status reports
  • Attend Client Visits

To be successful in this role, recent experience gained within the international freight forwarding industry is required. You should have working knowledge of Cargowise 1 (EDI Enterprise) and MS Office, and experience in quoting within a forwarding environment.
