About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Part-Time HR Manager to lead our human resources functions while aligning HR initiatives with overall business strategy. Working 10 to 15 hours per week, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture, talent management, and organizational development to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
Advise leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Design and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Support leadership in change management and business transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably with strategic business involvement.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time capacity.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
