The Appointment

This packaging company is a national leader in their field and has a global presence.  They are an Australian owned manufacturer, printer of textiles and distributors of packaging solutions. They are invested in the Queensland market and have clear goals to increase their market share.  They have a strong customer base with long term repeat business.

Well known within the industrial and agricultural industry sectors, this is a unique opportunity to establish yourself in an existing business with excellent clientele.  With year on year growth, they are looking to bring in a sales focused Manager to oversee all business and commercial decisions for the region.

This role will see you working closely with the sales team and support staff. It is important that you have experience in leading sales, as well as having operational responsibilities in previous roles. In this role you will be driving sales growth whilst balancing the commercial outcomes, operational and logistical challenges for the business. You will be coming into a great working environment where you can leverage off the existing business to continue to grow the branch.
