Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in South Brisbane. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, support the team in delivering exceptional care and services, and foster an inclusive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, mentoring team members, and liaising with participants to ensure their needs are met. The Team Leader will also handle administrative tasks, monitor program outcomes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, mentoring, and team coordination abilities
  • Experienced in providing support in line with NDIS quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of NDIS guidelines and compliance
  • Competence in administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting
  • Experience fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage priorities effectively
  • A diploma or higher qualification in healthcare, disability support, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in similar roles, including the disability or aged care sectors, is an advantage
