						Business Manager – Psychology Clinics
4 days ago
If so, this could be the role you've been looking for.
At Bcpsyc, we've built more than clinics. We've created beautiful, calming spaces where psychologists can focus on their clients — and clients feel genuinely cared for. Behind the scenes, our team makes that possible through seamless systems, strong leadership, and service excellence. That's where you come in.
The OpportunityAs our Business Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our psychology clinics. You'll lead our admin teams, making sure every client has a great experience and every psychologist's caseload is balanced with healthy diaries. You'll also keep us sharp on compliance — HR, WHS, privacy, and data security — and build the systems that make the business run smoothly and sustainably.
Crucially, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth of the company, helping us scale operations across multiple sites.
This isn't just another operations role. It's a chance to shape culture, build high-performing teams, and directly influence business results.
What You'll Make Happen- Strong revenue performance aligned with business growth objectives and KPIs.
- Psychologists fully supported.
- Admin teams that are motivated, accountable, and high-performing, with clear goals, consistent results, and strong collaboration.
- Compliance across HR, WHS, privacy, and data security delivered with confidence, accuracy, and consistency.
- Operating efficiency optimised, with the right cost-to-revenue ratio maintained across multiple sites.
- Systems and processes continuously improved to reduce errors, streamline work, and support scalability.
- Successful multi-site operations, ensuring consistency and excellence across multiple clinics.
- A values-driven culture, where accountability, learning, and courage are modelled daily, and the best in people is brought forward.
You're a natural leader with a strong systems mindset. You know how to improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes. You understand how small changes in operations can create big impacts on the bottom line, and you have the confidence to make those changes happen.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Essential: Proven experience managing operations in a services-based company (healthcare not required).
- Essential: Experience managing multi-site or multi-location operations.
- 5+ years leading and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong systems/process orientation and business acumen — you know how to turn strategy into outcomes.
- Experience in HR, WHS, compliance, privacy, and data security.
- The ability to lead with clarity and confidence while fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Industry experience in health or psychology is an advantage, but not essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or a related field are desirable; however, what matters most is your proven experience in making teams and systems work.
- Be part of a values-driven organisation where accountability, courage, learning, and bringing out the best in each other guide everything we do.
- Play a key role in a growing business that makes a real difference in mental health.
- Work closely with Directors who value initiative, impact, and ideas.
- Step into a role where your leadership shapes the culture, systems, and future of the business.
