We are a busy and dynamic private practice located in Spring Hill, providing psychological services and assessments for adolescents and adults. Our clients include students, professionals, and individuals seeking to improve their mental wellbeing, performance, and self-understanding through evidence-based therapy. We also offer assessments for ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities and giftedness, and group therapy in ACT and mindfulness.

The Role

Mind Lift Psychology has an opportunity for a contracting psychologist. The role has flexibility over your hours and days. As such, the perfect candidate for this role would be able to work independently and be driven to maximise their take-home pay under their own stream. This is a face-to-face or hybrid (face-to-face and telehealth) role.

What You Offer

We are looking for a psychologist who meets the following requirements:

• Must be able to work at minimum 2 full client days per week,

availability for 3-4 days per week if desired.
- Early evening availability (latest 6pm)
- Potential to work Saturdays if desired
- Person-centred approach with clients and demonstrated skills in evidence-based treatment models
- Experience working with a range of presenting issues including neurodiversity, cultural, sexual and gender diverse clients, relationship stress and work stress
- Ability to work with autonomy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to build/nurture referral relationships with GPs (and other allied health professionals) effectively
- Ongoing commitment to professional development
- Have good self care strategies
- Fully registered with AHPRA, with indemnity insurance and eligible to obtain a medicare provider number and ABN.
