Our Melbourne-based Australian office was established in 2019, and we're now looking for driven, proactive, and customer-focused individuals to help support and scale our operations.
Your New Role…
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Halo, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve success with our platform.
Your first few months will focus on learning the software, working closely with a designated mentor, shadowing client workshops, and supporting existing customers. You'll receive 1-2-1 training, regular progression meetings, and salary increases based on performance.
Once you're confident with the system, your responsibilities will expand to:
- Onboarding new customers, ensuring smooth adoption of the platform
- Building and maintaining strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
- Identifying opportunities for growth, helping customers get the most value
- Collaborating across teams, from product development to sales
- Visiting customers onsite—both domestically and internationally
During downtime, you'll also explore new platform features and contribute to company-wide initiatives. The opportunity for career growth is huge, allowing you to shape your own path within Halo.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to business processes
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in SaaS or service management software is a plus

5 days in the Southbank office for the first 12 months, moving to 4 days per week after that
