Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Co-founder – Developer for an ESG Data Platform. Based in Melbourne, VIC, this role offers the flexibility of working partially from home. The Co-founder will be responsible for collaborating on platform development, driving innovation, and building a technology-focused strategy to deliver value to stakeholders. The Co-founder will engage in tasks such as product planning, developing software architecture, and ensuring the technical feasibility of the platform while also exploring market needs and assisting in building partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in sales and marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and retention
  • Proficiency in conducting detailed market and industry research
  • Experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, or startup environments is a plus
  • Technical knowledge or experience in software development, particularly in building data platforms, is highly desirable
  • Passion for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and sustainability

You will be considered for a
co-founder role after 2–3 months of consistent, high-quality contributions
