Albert Smith Signs has been building iconic brand signage for more than 70 years. We are now in an exciting rebuild and growth phase, and we need a high-performing Sales Person who thrives on hitting sales budgets and wants to be part of our resurgence.

This is not a caretaker role. It is about winning work, achieving targets, and growing revenue while building lasting client relationships.

Your Impact

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while bringing in new business opportunities
  • Develop strong technical product knowledge to sell the benefits, not just the features
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, tenders, and proposals that win work
  • Own the customer relationship from first meeting through to delivery
  • Work closely with estimating, design, production, and project teams to ensure client expectations are met

What We're Looking For

  • Proven account management and sales experience with measurable results
  • A strong commercial mindset and drive to achieve sales budgets
  • Ability to grasp technical detail and explain it simply to clients
  • Confidence to pitch, negotiate, and close opportunities at senior levels
  • Willingness to travel nationally (onsite and on the road, not WFH)
  • A team player who thrives in a results-driven environment
