Position available:

As a Admin/Receptionist, you are expected to be an active member of a team that provides high-quality customer service and support that is consistent with the company philosophy.

Selection Criteria:

 Current Working with Children Check

 First Aid Certificate

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Skilled with Microsoft Office, Canva and XAP

 Customer service skills

 Can-do attitude

 Team player

 Relationship-building skills

 Database management

 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

The Role:

 Customer relationship management

 First point of contact for Parents

 Answering phone and email enquiries with a high level of professionalism

 Manage administration records and databases - XAP

 Engage and administer all forms of enrolments, waitlists, casual booking, and

cancelations including Vacation Care

 Greeting all families and visitors

 Maintain medical records through XAP

 Order Centre resources, including Vacation Care

 Online Coles ordering

 Liaise with families on administration issues.

 Provide administration support to the business.

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule: minimum 3 days per week (preferably Monday-Wednesday) 9.30am – 5pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
