Position available:
As a Admin/Receptionist, you are expected to be an active member of a team that provides high-quality customer service and support that is consistent with the company philosophy.
Selection Criteria:
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, Canva and XAP
- Customer service skills
- Can-do attitude
- Team player
- Relationship-building skills
- Database management
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
The Role:
- Customer relationship management
- Manage administration records and databases - XAP
- Engage and administer all forms of enrolments, waitlists, casual booking, and
cancelations including Vacation Care
- Greeting all families and visitors
- Maintain medical records through XAP
- Order Centre resources, including Vacation Care
- Online Coles ordering
- Liaise with families on administration issues.
- Provide administration support to the business.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: minimum 3 days per week (flexible) 9.30am - 3.30pm (flexible)
