Service Managers (3 positions) – Building Centres of Excellence

At TASK, it's all about the kids – and the team that supports them and we areinvesting in three senior leadership roles to transform our largest services into Centres of Excellence.

At TASK, we know that great Out of School Hours (OOSH) care doesn't happen by chance. It takes vision, investment, and leadership. That's why we're resourcing our biggest services to become Centres of Excellence: flagship services that set new standards of quality, culture, and community impact.

To lead this transformation, we are creating three new Service Manager positions. These are senior, full-time roles, each dedicated to one large service. Paid at the level of a Regional / Multi-Site Manager and embedded within TASK's management team, you'll have the authority, resources, and backing to drive meaningful change.

Service Locations: Excelsior Public School, Stanmore Public School, Carlingford West Public School

Job Description:

  • Lead and support a team of dedicatedEducators and the Service Leader within the School.
  • Elevate a leading flagship OOSH service to become a Centre of Excellence.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a large, high capacity team.
  • Partner with schools, families, and communities to strengthen connections and impact.
  • Ensure operational excellence in compliance, quality, and delivery.
  • Contribute to TASK's wider growth and innovation as part of the management team.

What we're looking for:

· A passionate, proven and successful leader in OOSH or a related education/care environment.

· A track record of building high performing teams and a step up culture.

· Strong operational and compliance expertise.

· A leader who thrives on innovation, transformation, and community impact.

· Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus)

· A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.

· A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
